Clermont County Junior Fair Livestock Exhibitors are eligible to apply for The Regina Howerton Memorial Scholarship.
Applications are due by Monday, April 5.

The Regina Howerton Memorial Scholarship 2025
The requirements are as follows:
- Application must be complete and legible. Applications must be written in blue or black ink and will only be accepted if they are complete and legible.
- Essay question responses must be typed on a separate sheet of paper.
- Applicant must have been a Clermont or Brown County Junior Fair Livestock Exhibitor prior to 2021 as well as a current exhibitor for the 2025 show year. (Livestock includes cattle, swine, goats, lambs, rabbits, and chickens).
- Applicant must be a senior in high school due to graduate in May of 2025.
- Checks will be issued to the college or university of the recipient’s choice.
