Attention club advisors we will be hosting an Audit Prep Party January 22, 2025 @6:30 in the 4-H Hall on the Clermont County Fairgrounds.
This is a night dedicated to learning all about the club audit process. As of this year club audits are an Ohio 4-H requirement, and thus we have to complete them. We know this is new to you all, but it is also new to us. That is why we are taking the time to go over the logistics together. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to get a head start on the process yourself. Bring all club financial documents and we will go through the rest.
Only one advisor from each club is required to attend, preferably the head advisor or advisor that handles the finances. As an incentive, the representative that attends gets to count this towards their yearly volunteer training. Instead of also attending a later volunteer training, they will just need to complete the online course for Youth Programming & Activities (Policy 1.50).
You will receive guidance, resources, and materials to aid you through club audits. It will also be a great time to connect with each other as we start the 2025 year!
