The Women’s Place, Ohio State’s women’s policy office, grant partners and Women’s Advisory Council for the NSF-supported “Advocates and Allies” program request nominations, including self-nominations, for senior male faculty seeking to participate as advocates for gender diversity efforts at Ohio State. Advocates are committed to increasing their understanding of gender bias and its impact on their female colleagues.
