CFAES’ OSU Extension outreach arm is hosting a specialty crop growers’ roundtable from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday, Feb. 4 in Wooster.

“Fruit, vegetable, and herb production, especially for local-regional markets, can be difficult,” says the flyer for the event. “Come to share, listen, observe, and participate.”
There will be discussions, farm-focused presentations, and hands-on training. Specialists from OSU Extension will spur the conversation further by giving “brief, to-the-point presentations on hot topics and big challenges” and demonstrating practices, tools, and the like.
How to register
Registration is $20 for the first person from a farm or operation and $10 for others from the same farm or operation. Registration includes all activities, lunch, refreshments, and materials.
Registering in advance is required and is limited to the first 50 people.
