Spring 2018

This spring I turned my attention to wildlife at home and abroad. First I took ENR 5649, Wildlife Conservation Policy. There I learned about the history and structure of public policy regarding wildlife in North America, with an emphasis on Ohio.

I also took Animal Science 5400.02, African Animals II, in preparation for a study abroad trip to study animal behavior and welfare in South Africa this summer.

Finally, I continued my environmental advocacy, leading the Ready for 100 campaign in Columbus and working on another issue that came up this spring, a proposal to open a trapping season on bobcats in Ohio.
