Building your soil health comes with the right balance of several different practices. Over the years we have worked to achieve healthier soil and cleaner water; however, one area we have only scratched the surface of is improved pest management.
A workshop focused on how to manage insect and slug populations with beneficial predators will be offered December 10 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Northwest State Community College (22600 State Route 34, Archbold, Ohio 43502. Presenters include Dr. Curtis Young of Ohio State University Extension, Van Wert County and Dr. John Tooker of Penn State University.
