Organizers of the 2020 Agricultural Policy and Outlook Conference hosted by the Department of Agricultural, Environmental, and Development Economics (AEDE) at The Ohio State University, say the aim of this year’s conference is to offer much-needed insight to those involved in the agricultural industry during a time marked with so much global uncertainty. Congressman Bob Latta is scheduled to visit Goebel Farms at 05870 County Road 2350, Stryker, Ohio 43557 on Wednesday, August 7th at 2:30 p.m. to learn more about the current challenges facing farmers in Williams County and the surrounding area. There will also be farm stress management resources available.

Congressman Bob Latta serves the people of Ohio’s Fifth Congressional District in the United States House of Representatives, where he is a member of the House Energy and Commerce Committee. He is a lifelong resident of Northwest Ohio, and currently resides in Bowling Green with his family.

Goebel Farms is operated by Rusty and Sue, Lucas and Kelsey Goebel. Rusty currently serves on the Ohio Soybean Association Board of Trustees, representing Williams, Henry, Fulton, and Lucas Counties.
