Ohio State’s Sustainability Institute invites you to join its inaugural energy symposium, Energy Transition and Decarbonization, set to be held virtually from Feb. 10–11.
Challenges, research, action
The program, organizers say, will “explore the monumental challenges in the needed energy transition, interdisciplinary research at Ohio State to advance sustainable energy, and steps the university is taking to address climate change.”
The keynote speakers:
- Robert Socolow, PhD, professor emeritus, Princeton University
- Scott W. Tinker, PhD, director, Bureau of Economic Geology, University of Texas at Austin
- Michael E. Webber, PhD, chief scientist and technology officer, ENGIE
