Ohio Department of Higher Education Chancellor John Carey, CFAES Dean Bruce McPheron, and colleagues from the University of Toledo and Central State University will hold a public meeting tomorrow to talk about progress in and plans for improving Ohio’s water quality.

Chancellor Carey, University Researchers to Meet at Central State to Discuss Water Quality Improvement Efforts
Who: Ohio Department of Higher Education Chancellor John Carey; Dr. Bruce A. McPheron, vice president for agricultural administration at The Ohio State University and dean of the College of Food, Agricultural and Environmental Sciences; Dr. Thomas Bridgeman, associate professor, University of Toledo Department of Environmental Sciences; Dr. Subramania I. Sritharan, dean of the College of Science and Engineering at Central State University.
What: Chancellor Carey and others in attendance will provide an update on the statewide efforts to improve water quality and algal bloom toxicity, the progress made thus far and plans for the future.
