Brent Sohngen, a professor in Ohio State’s Department of Agricultural, Environmental and Development Economics, will present “Economic Incentives and Water Quality in Ohio” at 3:30 p.m. tomorrow (1/20) in a seminar series sponsored by the university’s School of Environment and Natural Resources.
