Market Broiler Exhibitors!
This Broiler online order form for the Madison County Fair is DUE APRIL 15 with payment to the OSU Extension office by April 15 as well.
Please fill out the form at the link below with the amount of birds you wish to order and the total amount due. Checks are made payable to OSU Extension. Mail checks to Madison County Extension Office, 217 Elm Street, London, Ohio 43140.

Other Information:
Birds are $1.75 each
Pick up will be May 21 from 2-6pm at extension office.
Any birds not paid by due date will not be ordered
Any birds not picked up will be fortified
Any one may pick your birds up for you, but the key leader needs to be notified in advance who will be picking them up
Birds are to weigh 4lbs each for fair
Keep feed in front of them at all times
Monitor and record their weight gains for each bird
It is recommended you order at least 6 birds per exhibitor
You will exhibit 3 birds at fair per pen
