Are you (or your students) having issues getting into a Proctorio quiz? Here are some troubleshooting steps to try. Make sure to do *all* of them in the order presented before trying the quiz again.
- Make sure Chrome is updated.
- Clear your browser cache. You only need to remove “Cached images and files” and can keep your cookies and history.
- Try removing Proctorio from Chrome and adding it back in.
- Remove an extension from Chrome
- Reinstall Proctorio in Chrome
- Restart your computer.
