Dealing with the Modern Day Bambi: Managing Deer Around the Home
Many might find it hard to believe that at one time in our state’s history, white-tailed deer were non-existent. Nowadays, deer can be found in every county in Ohio, and in many habitats including backyards. Homeowners, landscape-enthusiasts, and gardeners are often faced with the task of protecting their plants from deer. In this program, we will discuss Ohio’s largest herbivore – its life history, biology, and the strategies homeowners can take to lessen and prevent deer damage.

I am sorry I missed this program. I have a severe deer problem eat hosta and hydrangeas. Please tell me how to deter them. I live in a wooded area.
Thanks
