Final Project with Music
Project Statement
I created a circular rotating mechanism out of paper using two different colors. The contrast is shown through color and the size of the shapes that are being shown when using the mechanism. Movement is being shown when using the mechanism and the use of shape and size are showing movement also. I used to Pink Panther theme song so that my mechanism can go along with the song when pulling the string making the pink circle appear, with the various size of circles and the one square.

Reflection
What I learned during this project was how to create a moving mechanism out of paper. I learned what kind of paper is good to use when making mechanisms out of paper. I learned different mechanisms there are not just ones that are seen in kid books, like the pop-ups. I learned that you can’t only do these mechanisms one and be done, but you have to repeat making these over and over to get a smooth easy-flow-moving mechanism.
