Virtual 4-H Still Project Judging and Junior Fair Livestock Skillathon

Flipgrid made some changes to their website and app this week, just in time to cause confusion in uploading judging videos!
I’ve updated the Flipgrid Submission Instructions to reflect these changes and some other things we’ve discovered along the way – including possible solutions to the most frequent issues in uploading videos.

Muskingum County Youth Livestock Expo
The Muskingum County Youth Livestock Expo will take place August 16-20.
Sunday, August 16 – Rabbits (breeding and market) and Poultry
Monday, August 17- Goats (market wethers, meat does, dairy, Pygmy, pack, harness)
Tuesday, August 18 – Lambs (market and breeding)
Wednesday, August 19 – Beef (market, dairy/beef feeders and breeding)
Thursday, August 20 – Hogs (market barrows)
All species will have showmanship.
Youth interested in more information can visit the Muskingum County Youth Livestock Expo Facebook Page. Entries are due August 10.
Note: This event is not affiliated with OSU Extension and Muskingum County 4-H. Showing at this event does not meet requirements for completing a 4-H livestock project in 2020.

Muskingum Youth Livestock Premium
4-H youth who would have sold a market animal at the 2020 Muskingum County Fair may be interested in registering to receive funds from the Muskingum Youth Livestock Premium. Registration forms are due August 16.
