4-H Committee Meeting – February 3, 6-7:30 p.m.

The 4-H Committee will meet in the Extension Office Meeting Room from 6-7:30 p.m.

New Volunteer Orientation – February 5, 6-8 p.m.

New 4-H Club volunteers must attend one of two orientation sessions offered, January 28 or February 5.

Ohio 4-H Conference Registration Due – February 7

Registration materials can be found here.

New Cloverbud Volunteer Orientation – February 10, 6-8 p.m.

New Cloverbud Volunteers must attend this orientation at the Extension Office.

4-H CARTEENS Program – February 13

4-H CARTEENS takes place at the Muskingum County Juvenile Court. Youth interested in becoming 4-H CARTEENS volunteer presenters should contact the Extension Office for details.

Cross County Lines Request Forms Due – February 15

Cross County Lines membership request forms are due in our office by 4:30 p.m.

Deadline to Complete New Volunteer Process – February 15

New Volunteer applicants must have all parts of the process complete.

Ohio 4-H Scholarship Deadline – February 15

Muskingum County 4-H Week – February 16-22

Clubs are encouraged to help us promote 4-H in Muskingum County by participating in a social media campaigns. Find details here.

Camp Team Program Committee Meetings – February 17, Designated Times

Camp Counselors will meet with their assigned Program Committees.

4-H Kick-Off – February 18, 6-7:30 p.m.

Rolling Plains United Methodist Church, 3350 Moxahala Park Rd., Zanesville

Project & Opportunity Fair 6:00 – 7:00 p.m.

County Awards presented at 7:00 p.m.

The first 250 attendees will receive an I 4-H bumper sticker!

Camp Team Meeting #2 – February 20 – Campbassadors, 5:15 p.m., Everyone 6-8 p.m.

Camp Counselors and staff will meet at the Extension Office.

Livestock Feed & Care Workshop – February 22, 9 a.m.-1 p.m.

Heritage Cooperative will provide a Livestock Feed & Care Workshop for all species at the Veteran’s Building on the Muskingum County Fairgrounds. More details to come when available. Lunch provided by the Muskingum County Cattlemen’s Association.

Junior Fair Board – February 24, 6-7:30 p.m.

Junior Fair Board will meet at the Extension Office.

Junior Leaders @ Webb Financial – February 25, 6 p.m.

Junior Leaders will visit Webb Financial Group and learn more about successful adulting. Details will be shared via e-mail.
