Are you having issues getting into an Honorlock quiz? Here are some troubleshooting steps to try.
- Make sure Chrome is updated. Honorlock will not work in any other web browser. It is also not compatible with tablets/iPads.
- Try uninstalling and reinstalling Honorlock. (Do you still have Proctorio? Make sure to uninstall it!)
- Clear your browser cache. You only need to remove “Cached images and files” and can keep your cookies and history.
- Restart your computer.
