DUNF Form Submission for Market Animals and Dairy Cows

  • The Ohio Department of Agriculture requires that a Drug Use Notification Form (DUNF) be completed for all market animals (except rabbits) and lactating dairy cattle. This form is available online ONLY in 2022. Exhibitors with these projects will be sent an email with additional instructions NEXT FRIDAY, AUGUST 5. It can be accessed through this link once open: go.osu.edu/2022muskingumdunf
  • The form should be submitted by Friday, August 12 at 11:59 p.m. Anyone who does not complete the form by this time will be weighed in last and required to complete the form before weighing in. Should a medication be administered to the animal after the form is completed, notify the barn superintendent that an update needs made to the DUNF form at weigh-in.
