Henry County Scholarships
- 2026 Scholarship “All in One” Application – Deadline to apply: January 20
- Scholarship Descriptions
- 4-H Endowment Scholarship – $500 awarded to 4 outstanding 4-H members planning to enroll in the fall at any post-secondary institution or trade school.
- Bob Cole Agricultural Scholarship – NEW AMOUNT IN 2025! $2,375 for a freshman that plans to attend The Ohio State University, preference to Agriculture studies.
- Wachtman Memorial Scholarship – The late Raymond & Marjorie Wachtman were owners of Culligan Water Conditioning of Northwest Ohio and supporters of the 4-H program in Henry County. After Marjorie’s passing in 2016, their son Lynn Wachtman, initiated scholarship funding for 4-H members and alumni in Henry County. This scholarship is available to current Seniors anticipating graduation in the spring, Henry County 4-H alumnus who are currently attending an institution of higher learning, or trade school.
- Chambers Family Book Scholarship – One scholarship to be awarded annyally to an active 4-H member. Applicants must be planning to enroll in the fall at any accredited post-secondary institution in any course of study
- Misty Spurgeon Memorial Scholarship – One $500.00 scholarship to be awarded to an active 4-H member. Applicants must be planning to enroll in the fall at any accredited post-secondary institution (preferred course of study is journalism/photography – but not required).
