Henry County Jr. Fair Schedule of Events

It’s Crunch Time!

WEDNESDAY JUNE 15TH.

It’s the magical deadline! ALL Henry County Fair entries are DUE into our FairEntry System!

There are few things to take note of…

  1. When you have uploaded your animal to 4-HOnline, I have to approve the animal BEFORE you are able to “see” that animal in the FairEntry Program. While it IS an extra step, I am able to verify all the information in available & CORRECT. Which actually SAVES us time when we get to Fair Time Check-In! I check these uploads multiple times a day, so get on it BEFORE JUNE 15TH! Here’s a helpful video on adding your animal!
  2. PLEASE use the FairEntry video we uploaded this year, it’s helpful! When your 4-H Online Animals have been approved, they will simply appear & you’ll select the classes to enter for fair & be good to go. Again, I will approve your “Invoice” to ensure there are no big issues, but so far, things have gone swimmingly. As always, please email me with any FairEntry questions. Everyone that reaches out with questions, I usually get resolved within the day.
  3. If you are taking a NON-ANIMAL project… I still need you to sign up for your project! We use the system for your premiums, so if you’d like to have a premium, please sign up BEFORE JUNE 15TH!

FFA members- you will create your animals directly on the Fair Entry system & DO NOT need to upload them to 4-HOnline. Be sure, if you have a Goat or Sheep that you are uploading the ENTIRE Scrapie Tag Number!

I will be visiting Paulding County Fair on June 11th, so please be patient should you email me around that time.

As always, my email is: parcher.6@osu.edu. Happy entering!
