- Custom Slaughter Declaration Form (will go live July 1)
- If you KNOW that your animal will have a Custom Slaughter Appointment with a Butcher Shop, please complete this form
- ALL Market Animal Exhibitors:
- You MUST have the Yellow 840 RFID button tags for Goats, Sheep, Cattle & Hogs
- You CANNOT exhibit at the Henry County Fair without them!

- Goat & Sheep Exhibitors:
- I need your ENTIRE Scrapie tag number in the “TAG” box! There are multiple “0002’s” for example, therefore I need ALL of the Letters & Numbers!
- Your 840 RFID yellow tag goes in the “RFID” box
- Tags MUST be in your animal’s ears when they arrive at fair! (Exceptions are individuals that have contacted me due to a tag being ripped out!)
