    • Complete your DUNF Form PRIOR TO hauling into the fair – this will make the check-in process MUCH smoother!
    • Be sure to PRINT OFF a copy of your DUNF form & bring it with you at check in – You will receive a confirmation email with your “Response Report” which will makes it easy to print off.

Livestock Check-In Informaiton (NEW – PLEASE READ)

  • NEW FOR 2023 – We are asking ALL EXHIBITORS (or a representative for each exhibitor) to CHECK-IN their animals.
    • Why? As we improve to use our computer system, we need to see you to know that you are here– if we do not confirm you are here, we can’t activate you in our system! And therefore, you won’t show up on a showbill!
    • So what do we need from you? – – When you arrive, unload your animal/s and weigh-in as you have done in the past. Then you will go to our “Office” [Large Animal Office= Livestock Arena Announcer’s Stand & Small Animal Office= Check-In table].
    • Our JFB workers will need your First & Last Name, they’ll confirm your classes & that’s it!
    • We understand it’s one more “step” for our families, but the sooner we get exhibitors checked-in, the sooner we can build our showbills (which I know everyone looks forward to!)

Fair-related Information

  • This year we are excited to utilize our 4-H Now App! This app brings our showbills, results, and other event information to our families.
    • While I understand the service on site is less than stellar, the app is where we’ll keep information updated & flowing throughout the week. So when you CAN get service, be sure to screenshot that information! (But we WILL have paper showbills available on the day of the show as well!)
  • If you’d like to download the FREE APP, visit: https://grandstandsites.com/gs/index.php?c=Henry_County_4-H
    • Other Youth Fair Events & updates will be posted here & Push notifications can go out when we have uploaded the final showbills, I encourage families to check it out!

Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions! We look forward to seeing you in 14 days!!!!
