Thank you all for your patience for the last two weeks! Being out all week last week & coming back to meetings out of the county this week has been rough!

Please note that enrollment is MARCH 15th! Which means you have LESS THAN TWO WEEKS to get enrolled in 4-HOnline!

As I am writing this update today, I only have 83 volunteers, 262 Youth members & 77 Cloverbud members enrolled in the program – Let’s get those enrollments in ASAP! Links to help you get enrolled are listed below:

Advisors-

All clubs have a 4-H crate to pick up containing Officer Books, Still Project Handbooks & Livestock Handbooks. Our office is open Monday thru Friday from 8:30a-4:30p

NEXT WEEK is OHIO 4-H Week! – We’ve got some fun ideas on getting our clubs & members involved and hope to have a little fun in the process! There will be promotion in the Northwest Signal as well as weekly radio spots on WNDH and be sure to keep an eye out for the Henry County Ohio 4-H Facebook Page for some fun the Jr Leadership Club wanted to see!

Additional Information – I’ve gotten lots of random questions the last few weeks, so I wanted to make you all aware of a few “things.” If it applies to you – Great! If it doesn’t – well, the more you know!

• Quality Assurance Cards – You will get them, I promise! The educators send attendance reports to Morgan (me) & I create the cards & send them to you. BUT I will not send out these cards until 4-H enrollment closes! WHY??? Because while you may have completed your QA for the year, ARE YOU ENROLLED IN 4-HONLINE? Did you answer no? Please see the beginning of this update & get that done ASAP! QA Cards this year will be mailed AND emailed to you for your records.
• The Blog’s Officer Resources links have been updated! All the ways Officers can complete their training in 2023…
  • Statewide Officer Training – this event was already held. Morgan has the list & will pass it along to advisors when enrollment has closed

      6pm – Presidents, Vice-Presidents & Secretaries
      7pm – Treasurers, Health & Safety Officers
    • March 28 Officer Training Night #2 @Crossroads Church
