- “Jessica is a fantastic team member of the Marion campus advising team. She is supportive and generous in sharing of information and resources with her team and university wide. The students Jessica advises appreciate her proactive outreach to them. Jessica’s advising load is primarily focused on majors related to a career in the medical or research field. The faculty who work with Jessica in course schedule planning appreciate the clarity in which Jessica presents curriculum needs from the advising point of view on behalf of the students. Her professionalism has helped her create relationships with staff and faculty peers across the university. One of the programs Jessica has created, organized, and implemented is the graduate and professional major fair Marion campus holds each fall semester. Her outreach and organization has resulted in our Marion campus students getting in person access to representatives of nearly all Ohio State Colleges and Professional programs, including Moritz College of Law. For regional campus students this is an amazing opportunity because of their distance from the Columbus campus. Jessica brings a positive attitude to work everyday and that helps all of us have a better day!”
