The 2016 Fairfield County 4-H Endowment Dinner & Auction has come and gone and now that all the expenses have been paid Board treasurer Michael Michael reports we were able to boost our 4-H Endowment fund balance by $22,500.
Many thanks to all those who supported this annual fund raising effort! It could not happen without those of you who attended and participated as well as those working hard behind the scenes to serve a great meal and create a fun evening for all!! Also a huge thank you goes out to our event hosts, Doug and Cheryl Majors and family. To each of you who donate your time and talents to make this evening a huge success, we sincerely appreciate your continued support.
However, unique for this year, the fund raising for the benefit of the 4-H Endowment doesn’t stop quite yet. It was announced during the Legacy Dinner that thanks to the generosity of Dick Masheter Ford, the Fairfield County 4-H Endowment has been named the beneficiary of the Dick Masheter Charity Golf Outing being held on September 18, 2016. For details or information on ways to get involved with the golf outing, contact Endowment Board Member Cheryl Majors.
