Why Do These Local Businessmen Choose to ‘Give Back?’

Have you ever wondered why a couple of local businessmen might feel it important to find a way to give back to their 4-H roots? Connie visits with Fairfield County 4-H alums Ron Ruff and Steve Eversole and explores why they take time each year to participate in the activities of the 4-H Endowment Board, and the annual Legacy Dinner and Auction.

There’s an opportunity for everyone to help “leave a legacy!”

The 2019 4-H Endowment Dinner is less than 1 month away!! Please mark your calendar for Thursday, June 13 and plan to join us at the Ed Sands/Farm Bureau Building on the Historic Fairfield County Fairgrounds for our Annual Legacy Dinner & Auction.

Can you believe this will be the 10th Anniversary of Legacy Dinner celebrations that have been held for the benefit the 4-H Youth of Fairfield County? The goal of the Endowment Committee remains to raise funds to permanently endow a position for the Fairfield County 4-H program in Fairfield County. This dinner is the major fundraising event hosted by the Fairfield County 4-H Endowment Board.

We hope you will consider attending the dinner. The cost is $40.00 per ticket or bring a groups of friends and sponsor a table of 8 for $400.00.
