Meet Adam Sharp, Featured Speaker for the 2018 Legacy Dinner

“Fun learning, friends and instilling good citizenship principles are top of mind when I recall my days in 4-H”

We’re proud to welcome Fairfield County’s own Adam Sharp to the 2018 Legacy Dinner & Auction. During the evening Adam will share insight into what it’s meant to him to have grown up participating as a local 4-H member. He’ll expand on what it means when he says, “We learn through 4-H how groups can properly organize, operate and are governed, we elect our leaders, we learn to compete respectfully and how to volunteer and help others.  All of these skills are needed now more than ever in society and 4-H provides them.”

Today Adam Sharp serves as the Executive Vice President of the Ohio Farm Bureau Federation, Inc. As executive vice president, Sharp serves as the chief executive of the statewide organization and leads efforts to advance its mission of working together for Ohio farmers to advance agriculture and strengthen our communities.

Sharp has over 20 years of experience developing and implementing farm policy at the state and national levels and has Continue reading
