The Center for Disability Empowerment will be hosting a one-hour Virtual Celebration for the 30th Anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
This is a FREE Virtual Celebration OPEN to all people with disabilities in Central Ohio.
The Celebration will include:
- KEYNOTE SPEAKER- Tim Harrington, Executive Director of The Ability Center of Greater Toledo
- Audio of President Bush’s remarks during the signing of the Americans with Disabilities act
- Hear from Key Advocates in the Disability Community on where we were, where we are & where we are going!
- CDE’s ADA Coordinator, Carla Waring will share upcoming ADA Events and Webinars
The Virtual Celebration will be held on Tuesday July 28, 2020 from 11:00 AM-12:00 PM via Zoom.
