Team Goal
The team’s expectations of the quality of the work is that is it should be done to the best of your ability and should be done thoroughly. The goal is to get an A on every assignment while working together. We also want to make sure our deadlines and assignments are done on time.

Meetings
We plan on meeting during the given class period to achieve the in-class tasks. For out of class tasks we can collaborate on Google Docs or meet once a week. We have Tuesday and Wednesday after class blocked out as time to meet if necessary, in Hitchcock 324. We all collectively stay on top of deadlines and send reminders in the groups chat to make sure we are meeting out timelines.

General Team Member Expectations
Members are not expected to be at every meeting but at every other meeting. During class and team members are supposed to contribute ideas as well as work and effort. Conversations should be civilized, and all perspectives and thoughts should be respected. Documents are to be shared over Google Drive and on Carmen. Everyone’s responsibilities should be done one day before the actual due date to review and revise the assignment. Team members are in charge of staying on top of their own work and their contributions to the team. If a group member is having trouble, they should ask for help as soon as possible to get clarity or email a TA.

Individual Team Member Responsibilities/Deadlines
Roles are not set throughout he whole semester but can be changed as needed. New roles will most likely be assigned for every new task or assignment. Sometimes compromises must be made to better the team. Made decision as a group and all final products should be approved by the group as a whole.

Conflict Resolution
If conflict should arise, it should first be handled within the group. A team vote should be held to make decisions disagreements. Each person can present their evident for their opinion and then the group will vote. If a team member does not meet expectations then they will first be addressed by the team and if they are still not compliant, it will be group to the attention of an TA for advice on the situation.

Expectations of Faculty and GTAs
If a team member fails to live up to this agreement, the situation may be reported to the staff, but the team will still be responsible for submitting a completed assignment. Staff will be available to meet with teams to resolve issues.
