Topics Discussed: AEV Codes, Battery testing issues
Objective: Today’s main focus was getting the AEV on the test track to test our code and figure out the best code for testing our advanced R&D battery test.
To do/Action items:
- Update the code that will be used next lab for battery testing (Maddi)
- Add a metal L shape object to the end of the AEV so it can pull a caboose. (Matt)
- Keep working on the methodology by adding empty tables and graphs that will be used next lab for battery testing (everyone)
- Update website with meeting notes and performance graphs (TJ and Yu-Shiang)
Decisions:
- We decided to cut off the end of the zip wire that holds the reflectance sensors on the AEV, since it was pressing up against the track which prevented movement.
Reflections:
- We realized that the zip wire was pressing up against the track, which prevented the AEV from moving, so we cut trimmed the wire which allowed the vehicle to move.
