Details
For nearly 2000 years, all of the world’s paper was made by hand. Come learn about this ancient craft and the many ways artists and small shops around the world today are using new techniques and new plant fibers to revive this remarkable craft. You’ll learn about Western papermaking using a mould and deckle and will have the chance to make some sheets of your own to take home. Please dress down as this can be a wet and messy process. Wear non-slip shoes (no flip flops or bare feet). Taught by central Ohio papermaker and retired OSU Wexner Medical Center staff member Ron Shaull.
