Advanced Competency in Professionalism and Humanism Leadership: Senior Projects

The Advanced Competency in Professionalism and Humanism Leadership asks that each student design a project that expands their ability to create a more professional and humanistic environment in the health sciences.  Our hope is that the projects enrich and then transcend the medical school experience and are carried into their residency training and their future as physicians.

They are asked to complete a project from initial design to implementation and the one requirement is that they focus on personal and professional growth.  This section of our website will provide a way for others to see the breadth of these projects, to understand the various ways medical students have approached this assignment and then to explore the world of humanism and professionalism leadership through the eyes of the project designers.
