Last year’s Champions! Don’t be left out as this may be the last Chili Cook Off. The FCCA is hoping to explore a different beef recipe contest next year for your enjoyment . . . (rumor is, it might involve BBQ brisket next year!)

That’s right . . . the Chili Cook Off with Beef; Championship of the County returns to the Fairfield County Fair in October. The competition the past two years has been intense with a total of 50 pots of chili made with beef (as the only meat) being presented for judging on Thursday of those Fairs. This year’s event will again be held in the AGmazing Agri-Center near the Rickett’s Hall beginning at 2:00 p.m. on October 12, 2017 and is open to all Fairfield County residents.
