After the destruction of the Death Star, the rebel alliance has to prepare for war on remote planets to keep out of the eyes of the galactic empire. The alliance wants to use a low power monorail system to transport the R2D2 units. However, the system must be energy and cost efficient, which requires the use of an Advance Energy Vehicle. This is when Group B comes to save the day. The mission for group B all semester long was to construct a vehicle that would travel around the track, stop at a gate, travel through the gate and pick up a load carrying R2D2. Then, the vehicle should travel back with the load, stop at the gate again, and make it back to the original position. Overall, the AEV should be operating under minimum required power, while maintaining cost efficiency.
