Each semester the QMC holds an invited speaker series that features prominent and emerging researchers, who present on topics related to quantitative methodologies.
By the Numbers Discussion Series
This series features invited experts providing quantitative data & findings (“the numbers”) on current topics, with an extended time for discussion and Q&A. The goal of this series is to promote healthy discussion among invited experts and audience members and provide implications for the next steps in moving a topic forward.
QMC Workshops
Each semester the QMC holds workshops for EHE researchers, staff, students, and faculty to build the capacity for quantitative research in the College of EHE. These workshops are free to attend, and cover topics such as:
- Group Mean Comparison
- Statistical Moderation
- Statistical Packages, including R, SPSS, jamovi, and JASP
