In previous semesters the QMC provided an invited speaker series featuring prominent and emerging researchers, who presented on topics related to quantitative methodologies.
By the Numbers Discussion Series
This series featured invited experts who provided quantitative data & findings (“the numbers”) on current topics, with an extended time for discussion and Q&A. The goal of this series was to promote healthy discussion among invited experts and audience members and provide implications for the next steps in moving a topic forward.
QMC Workshops
In previous semesters the QMC held workshops for EHE researchers, staff, students, and faculty to build the capacity for quantitative research in the College of EHE. These workshops were free to attend, and covered topics such as:
- Group Mean Comparison
- Statistical Moderation
- Statistical Packages, including R, SPSS, jamovi, and JASP
