Radiation Oncologist, UPMC Hillman Cancer Center
Colin Champ, MD, is a radiation oncologist who treats all malignancies and has a special research interest in the treatment of breast cancer, CNS malignancies, and clinical nutrition and exercise relating to cancer treatment and prevention.
Dr. Champ is dually board-certified in radiation oncology and integrative medicine. He received his undergraduate degree in chemical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Cambridge, Mass. and his medical degree from Jefferson Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia. He completed his residency at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, where he served as chief resident.
Dr. Champ is a member of the American Radium Society, Nutrition and Metabolism Society, American Society for Radiation Oncology, American Society for Clinical Oncology, American Association for Cancer Research, and Radiological Society of North America. He has been invited throughout the country to present his research on diet, nutrition, and cancer.
