Audra recently defended her PhD in Microbiology (OSU, PI: Matthew Anderson) studying the gut and upper airway microbiomes in several human populations. Her groundbreaking work optimizing approaches to study the gut eukaryome was recently published in mBIO. Audra is a Presidential Postdoctoral Scholar and joins the Hale Lab to lead our work on host-microbe-chemical interactions in the gut and bladder. Welcome Audra!
