Jaleea Gamble is a Stamps Eminence scholar at OSU. These scholars are awarded a full cost-of-attendance scholarship and the vision of this scholars program is to cultivate leaders that effect positive change within their professions and communities locally, nationally, and globally. Audra recently defended her PhD in Microbiology (OSU, PI: Matthew Anderson) studying the gut and upper airway microbiomes in several human populations. Her groundbreaking work optimizing approaches to study the gut eukaryome was recently published in mBIO. Audra is a Presidential Postdoctoral Scholar and joins the Hale Lab to lead our work on host-microbe-chemical interactions in the gut and bladder. Welcome Audra! We’re so excited to have you join us!
