Have you ever wondered about how the dues you pay to the Ohio Cattlemen’s Association and National Cattlemen’s Beef Association evolve into beef cattle industry support and benefits to your efforts as a cattleman? If so, your next opportunity to see many of those benefits in action will be on January 23, 2016 during the OCA Annual Meeting & Awards Banquet.
Much more than just a meeting, the daylong agenda is loaded with several dynamic speakers that will inform you about how your check-off dollars go to work for you every day, the NCBA’s current legislative priorities in Washington and how they are accomplishing them, and what it takes to meet the consumer’s expectations with the beef you are raising. Fairfield County’s own Quinton Keeran will be a featured presenter during the Ohio Beef Ambassador program. College scholarships will be awarded to several Ohio youth during the noon luncheon, and a number of Ohio beef industry awards will be presented during the evening banquet.
Registration for the event can be divided, so you can choose to attend the daytime sessions, the evening awards banquet, or both.
