Members of the Fairfield County Cattlemen’s Association recently spent a day at the AGventures summer day camp in Carroll showing the nearly 60 young campers how to make beef fajitas, and helping them learn more about BEEF and it’s many uses and by-products!! Along with Bloom Carroll FFA members, FCCA members Connie Smith, Delaney Moore and Evan Smith provided the beef and dairy portions of the program that was funded in part by the Fairfield County Cattlemen’s Association and the Ohio Beef Council.
