2021 4-H Calendar Now Available
The 2021 Wayne County 4-H Calendar is available! Additional events may also be added throughout the 4-H year.
Club/Committee Financial Reports Due January 31
All 4-H clubs and committees must complete and submit the Financial Summary form annually. Forms are due to the Extension Office by January 31, 2021. Click the link below to access the form.
4-H Scholarship Applications Available
Did you know that Wayne County offers several scholarships to 4-H members annually? Applications are now available are due at the Extension office by February 16, 2021. Ohio State University also offers scholarships for 4-H members – those applications are due February 15.

Temporary Office Closure
In an effort to continue reducing the spread of COVID-19 and to keep our employees and clientele safe until the impact of holiday celebrations become known, OSU Extension offices will remain closed through January 15. All offices will be closed for Martin Luther King Jr. Day on January 18, and we plan to reopen on Tuesday, January 19 at 8:00 AM. Again, all staff will be teleworking at this time and will be available by phone and by email. Thank you for your continued patience.

New Year, New You SPIN Club
January starts a new year, let’s make a new you with New Year, New You: Making YOUR Best Better (targeted at youth in 5th-8th Grades). You will receive a fun swag bag in the mail when you sign up that contains items that relate to the weekly topics. Each week we will have guest speaker(s), activities, and time to talk with other youth when we meet for about an hour. Sessions will be held on Zoom Sundays February 7 – March 14 from 7:00 – 8:15 p.m. See the flyer below for session information. Hurry to register at go.osu.edu/spinnyny! by January 15! Extension Office Temporary Closing
Due to the increased spread of COVID-19 across the state, Ohio State University is closing all county Extension offices from December 21 to January 1. At this time, we are planning to reopen the office on Monday, January 4 at 8:00 AM. During this time, all staff will be teleworking and will continue to be available by email or by phone at 330-264-8722. Our office will be closed for the holidays on December 24-25 and January 1.
