Online DUNF
Again this year, all Drug Use Notification Forms (DUNF) will be completed electronically. Please fill out the electronic DUNF before Wednesday, September 8th at 5:00pm. You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your DUNF after it is submitted. If any information on the DUNF form changes between the time the form was submitted and fair check-in, the committee will ask you to complete a new DUNF at check-in. If nothing has changed you may proceed to the next step in the check-in line. Please use your entire animal ID/scrapie ID. DUNF forms are required by the Ohio Department of Agriculture for all market animals, lactating dairy cows, and lactating dairy goats. Click here to access the electronic DUNF.

Swine Clinic Time & Location Change
Please note that this Saturday’s swine clinic will begin at 8:45 AM and will be held in the new hog barn at the fairgrounds.
Swine Clinic
This year’s swine clinic will be held on Saturday, June 26 at 9:00 AM in the Goat/Sheep Arena at the fairgrounds. Swine Committee members will be available to answer your swine project questions.
Ractopamine Affidavit
Attention all members taking swine projects – again in 2021, we will be requiring that you submit a ractopamine affidavit when entering your animal ID in 4-H Online, and another affidavit at fair time. Please download and complete your affidavit and then upload it into the “Ractopamine Document” section when entering your hog in 4-H Online. Click here to download the affidavit.
Swine Tags Available for Pickup
Swine tags are now available for pickup in the Extension office Monday thru Thursday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
