If you ordered a Junior Fair T-shirt, pick-up will be on August 4 from 3:00 – 6:30 PM at the Junior Fair office at the fairgrounds.T-shirts will also be available for purchase at that time if you did not place an order. If you missed the previous deadline for ordering t-shirts, you still have time! We will be accepting orders through August 4. Click here to download the order form. Last Chance Quality Assurance
Last chance Quality Assurance will be offered via Zoom on July 28 at 6:00 PM. You must complete QA by August 1 to be eligible to exhibit a livestock project at this year’s fair. Click here to join the Last Chance QA session.
In-Person and Virtual Fair Entry Help Sessions
Help sessions will be available for those who need assistance in making their fair entries. There will be in-person help sessions at the Buckeye Ag. Museum, OR you can join via zoom to get assistance. We ask that if you attend in person, you social distance and wear a mask.

Junior Fair Class Entries Due August 1st
Don’t forget to work on making your Junior Fair Class Entries. These are due in the Fair Entry website by 11:59 pm on August 1st. These are the specific classes you will show in at fair such as showmanship, market, breeding, etc.
A link to log-in to Fair Entry, step by step instructions, and a tip sheet for taking / uploading a nice high quality photo of youth with their market livestock to be displayed on screens at the auction is available here. Don’t forget to make Fair Entries for any Cloverbud projects or Still / FCS projects that will be displayed at the fair in a club booth or the center aisle of the 4-H Building.
Also, don’t forget that Market Poultry and Market Rabbit Animal ID are due August 1st and you must complete that process in 4-HOnline before trying to make your Fair Entries.
Skillathon Due July 17
Skillathon must be completed by Friday, July 17 in order to receive completion credit for this year’s fair. Click here to access the links to the virtual Skillathon.
Livestock Project Judging
Instead of Skillathon, you may wish to participate in livestock project judging as an option for livestock project completion. This year’s livestock project judging will be conducted virtually using the Flipgrid platform. Instructions and presentation guidelines are available by clicking here.
Still/FCS Project Judging
Our still/FCS project judging will be held in a virtual format this year using the Flipgrid platform. You will be able to upload your video presentation anytime from July 20 through August 4. To view the instructions and guidelines for your still/FCS project presentations, click here.
