Stop by to perform hands-on science experiments that demonstrate aspects of our changing climate! With the help of The Climate Consensus, you can learn about earth system processes through tangible, table-top experiments. Demonstrations may touch on sea level rise, cloud formation, the greenhouse effect, wind formation, and ice cores.

Enjoy meaningful discussion over a catered dinner and take home a free copy of Elmore’s previously released books, Seed Money and Citizen Coke: The Making of Coca-Cola Capitalism.

Koko is a local Columbus store filled with essentials for someone who wants to live and consume sustainably. This is also a Time4Change event, a university signature event surrounding sustainability, that occurs each Spring. Pizza will be provided.

Take Back the Tap Scavenger Hunt
All Week
Join Students for Recycling in a scavenger hunt across campus to find water bottle fill stations and drinking fountains. Refill your reusable water bottle and avoid buying single use plastic water bottles by looking for water bottle fill stations or drinking fountains in classroom buildings and residence halls. Scan the Students for Recycling QR code and fill out the form to participate! Learn more about privatized water and Students for Recycling’s partnership with the Take Back the Tap organization from the Food and Water Watch. The top 3 individuals who find the most stations will receive a gift card and reusable Nalgene water bottle!
