Members heard from Britt Dahlstrom from RealEyes and were able to receive training to become a certified RealEyes presenter! RealEyes is a program that focuses on educating children (Pre-K/Grade 12) on the human eye and eye safety in the classroom.

Dr. Michael Early talked to us about the field of optometry and the Ohio State University College of Optometry. The discussion was centered around the importance of having interpersonal skills and establishing positive relationships with patients. This is especially important as technology advances and assists in the diagnostic aspects of the field.
