Grilling season is here! On Friday, June 21st we will be hosting an evening class that is the perfect way to start your weekend. We are bringing a very popular program to Licking County. You will learn to work with multiple cuts of beef, pork, and poultry and to understand the differences and the appropriate cooking methods involved. Grilling provides a great opportunity to gather with friends while preparing a meal. We want to help you learn to prepare your meat in a safe manner that preserves the flavor.
