Topic Discussed: Lab 8 Progress Report, Design of the AEV
Objective:
To work on the progress report for Lab 8A and plan what the team was going to do over spring break. The team came together to decide who will be responsible for tasks the team needs to complete over spring break such as gathering materials for the AEV body.
To-Do/Action Items:
- Progress Report for Lab 8A
- Prepare for lab 8 and assign responsibilities to teammates
- Come up with new design for AEV to test against the current version
Decisions:
- Rob and Ryan will search for materials for the AEV
- The team will have the progress report done the night before lab 8
- The new design for the AEV will involve a breaking system.
Reflections:
- The team realized that the best way to cope with the marks error that kept occurring was to have a servo braking system
- The needs to be on top of the schedule and project portfolio
