Team Meeting Notes

Members Present: Ryan Devine, Holly van der Lans, Stephanie Smithson, Rob McEwan
Topic Discussed: Lab 03 Progress Report and Lab 04 prep
Objective:
The objective of the team’s meeting was to complete the progress report and to update the blog. The team should also be reading the lab manual and preparing what to bring to lab 4 on Tuesday.
To-Do/Action Items:
- Progress Report – (HV, RD, RM, SS)
- Update blog – (RM)
Decisions:
- The team decided how to incorporate the individual orthographic views into one AEV design
- The team decided to change the AEV Design from the large rectangle base to T-shaped base
- The team decided who would do what section of the progress report
- The team decided what should be updated on the blog
Reflections:
- The team realized that it should value efficiency over looks, resulting in a common theme between our designs to disappear.
- The team made the decision to have Rob draw the final team sketch.
- Now that the Arduino is working the team has to work quickly to catch up in lab.
