+ Our team has been up to date with the assignments, meeting minutes, and website structure.
+ I was able to learn about techniques and tips to make the website look more professional and easier to use. For example, on each tab leading to other sections, include information on that
page and do not leave it blank. Put links to the different sections.
– Our website needs to be more consistent throughout in terms on formatting in terms of having
the website look uniform. Also, the images need to be bigger.

+ Our team has been able to complete all assignments on time, which is something that we should definitely continue.
+ I was able to learn about better ways to assign tasks and communicate more openly with my team members.
– Compared to the progress and interactions of other teams, our team’s current method of task assignment and communication needs some improvement.
Research & Development
Miho
+ Our team has identified the area of improvements and concerns to improve by the next committee meeting with evidence.
+ Energy consumption and speed of the AEV will be big factor in to continue in the project.
– It was suggested that without something to go over the AEV, considering the factor of aerodynamics as area of improvement is weak with proposal.
Business Manager (CFO)
Rachel
+ Our team has a generous budget due to using few materials
+ The 3-D printer is up for use, and those parts printed but not used on the final AEV won’t cut our cost.
– Accuracy and energy use are two big factors to consider, and we have to make sure our AEV
matches up to the checkpoints without burning too much energy. We will have to trade off,
make decisions, and possibly run extra practice test for the best results.
