DOL changes to FLSA – Overtime Rule

Rule on mandatory overtime may be changing…The US Department of Labor (DOL) intends to set the new salary level at $970/week or $50,400 annually for 2016. This will impact many positions on campus. OHR is following this situation closely, if the final rule is approved, they will determine what positions are impacted and reach out to Elayne to provide us direction on implementing the change within CFAES.
